Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SENDMAILER.CC email-infrastructure platform ("Service") operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [ENTITY TYPE] registered in [JURISDICTION] with registered address [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SENDMAILER.CC provides a transactional and marketing email delivery API and dashboard, including suppression management, bounce/complaint processing, tracking and reporting. Email is delivered via third-party infrastructure (Amazon SES).

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Accounts are provisioned per company and sending is enabled only after we verify your sending domain and approve the account. We may decline or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Acceptable use (email policy)

We may suspend sending immediately for suspected abuse, high complaint or bounce rates, or to protect platform deliverability.

4. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Fees are stated on our pricing page and are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for. You authorise recurring charges until you cancel. We may change pricing with prior notice effective the next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery; email deliverability also depends on third parties and recipient mailbox providers outside our control.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the [3] months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms or the acceptable-use policy. You may terminate by closing your account.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION], and disputes are subject to the courts of [VENUE].
